Supported by Andy Forbes, of Brockwell Bake we are working to bring together a national map of those involved in the Irish Grain Network - Farmers, Millers, Bakers, Brewers - all stakeholders with a wish to develop a stronger regional milling grain economy on the island of Ireland. This map will be further populated during our gathering in November 2023, with an aim to launch before the end of the year.
