Bringing together farmers, millers, bakers, chefs, brewers and researchers, the day will explore the ideas, collaborations and opportunities shaping the future of Irish grain. Hear from inspiring speakers, reflect on this year’s harvest and connect with others working to strengthen Ireland’s grain economy.
